At Tengbom, we’re hundreds of employees, which means we have just as many ways to describe what our architecture is and stands for. And we like it that way &#; just like the buildings we create. No two are alike, but they all have one thing in common: they stand for something unique.
Defining Tengbom’s architecture isn’t done in a heartbeat. We could say it’s inclusive, high-quality, and sustainable &#; all true. But no three words can fully capture how we approach everything from the Concert Hall to Uppsala’s bike garage.
We’re cautious about defining architecture. Instead, we focus on expanding the concept in everything we do, staying humble to the fact that times are always changing. Adapting to these changes is essential &#; do or die, as they say. We’re committed to evolving as architects and advancing architecture itself.

Som landskapsarkitekter på Tengbom står vi inför några av vår tids största utmaningar – från klimatförändringar till hållbar stadsutveckling och social trygghet. Vår styrka ligger i att se helheten. Genom att balansera hållbarhet, funktion och estetik formar vi vackra platser som är bra för både människor och miljö.
Har landskapsarkitektur någonsin utmanat oss mer än i dag? Klimatförändringarna ställer ständigt nya krav på hur vi tänker, planerar och bygger. Därför utforskar vi innovativa, klimatsmarta lösningar. Genom att rita i 3D kan vi tidigt visualisera idéer, identifiera utmaningar och skapa förutsättningar för smidigare planering och kreativ problemlösning.

Vi kombinerar tekniska lösningar för vattenhantering och grön infrastruktur med gestaltning som lockar människor att använda platserna. Vårt mål är att skapa miljöer där funktion och estetik samspelar och där både du som kund och områdets användare känner stolthet.

Tengbom is one of Europe's oldest architectural companies and one of the largest in the Nordic countries. The firm is headquartered in huvudstaden, Sweden.[1]
History
[edit]The architect firm Tengbom & Torulf was founded in bygd Swedish architects Ernst Torsten Torulf () and Ivar Tengbom (–). In , Anders Tengbom () entered the company and later took over the business.[2][3][4]
The current group was formed in beneath the name Tengbomgruppen - since named Tengbom. Until the business was conducted through a dozen separate companies with different brands and with Tengbomgruppen AB as parent and umbrella. Tengbom today is a company with offices in Borås, götet, Halmstad, Helsingborg, Jonkoping, Kalmar, Karlstad, Linköping, Malmö, huvudstaden and Uppsala.
